With over 50 years experience Skegness Mortgage Centre is the trading name of J & G Mortgages Ltd which was set up in 2003 by directors John Taylor & Gary Morris.
Having been employed by a number of large financial companies we wanted to move away from the corporate, pressurised work ethic, and open a mortgage focused, client comes first, down to earth, straight talking advice centre specialising in all types of mortgages and related products.
During the past ten years we have built a close working relationship with like minded independent estate agents, solicitors and accountants, building our business on
word of mouth referrals for providing excellent service.
We know how hard it can be to find time in your busy schedule for an appointment. Our flexible approach means we are happy to arrange appointments at your convenience, at a time and location of your choice, whether that may be in the comfort of your own home or at our office.
We see our clients mortgage as a long term financial goal which, through our mortgage tracking facility, we aim to help them to achieve in the shortest time period possible and to be in the best position with their mortgage at all times no matter what their change in circumstances.

Our fee for mortgages is usually £295 for mortgage advice and recommendation. We will also receive commission from the lender.
